This LUFKIN Executive® measuring tape allows you to convert measurements from diameter to circumference by just turning the blade over. Model has bold, easy-to-read graduations on a yellow background, with zero falling in the same place on both sides of the blade. Spring-action design allows you to easily and quickly retract the blade. Measuring tape is ideal for measuring the diameters of cable, pipe, and tires.
