What accessories are available for the RAILWORKS utility carts?

Yes, the RAILWORKS industrial carts are designed to be modular. We offer locking security wraps, top mount workstations, wire spool holders, a tool drawer, and shelf liners.

How is RAILWORKS considered modular?

We designed the RAILWORKS carts with a slotted "rail" system along the edge of the top shelf so you can configure a cart that works the way you work.

Is assembly required?

Yes, assembly is required, and the cart ships with a step-by-step guide to set your cart up correctly. You'll need a #3 Phillips® screwdriver, a M5 hex key (Allen wrench), and a rubber mallet.

Do the RAILWORKS Utility Carts and Accessories have a warranty?

Yes, the SITERUNNER folding cart is covered under our 3-year No B.S. Warranty for manufacturing defects.  If you have one of our items that you need covered under warranty, please fill out our Warranty Replacement Form.

How much weight can the RAILWORKS carts hold?

The RAILWORKS heavy-duty utility carts can hold up to 500 pounds, with up to 250 pounds on each shelf.

Do the wheels lock?

Yes, the RAILWORKS work utility carts feature 2 locking swivel casters and 2 fixed casters on the IUC2SCBM, with 5" casters, and on the IUC2S8CBM, with 8" casters.

Will the RAILWORKS utility carts fit through a standard doorway?

Yes, the width of the RAILWORKS industrial carts is 24-1/2" and will easily clear a 36" standard doorway.

How much space is between the top shelf and the bottom shelf?

The clearance between shelves is 22-1/2".

Is the handle adjustable?

Yes, it is. The comfort grip handle adjusts to 3 different positions: 0°, 45°, and 90°.
